I presume the central initials are those of James Thomson Tullis, for whom Kiloran House was originally built, and this and a couple of other similar carved stones are the only traces left it.

Finally, the exact location of these modern flats became home to the Anniesland Industrial Hostel sometime in the 1930s. It was only when this was demolished in the post-war years that it was finally converted into housing.
