Anyway, any and all company owned AI (Generative Tech) and data centers as they exist currently are inherently unethical on the basis of all of the stolen data that their training sets consists off.

It’s only ever paid lip service to it and has used the veneer of justice to only meet out punishment to the already disenfranchised while it lets those who already have power off with a slap on the wrist- this also is a marker of authoritarianism imho

We need laws that acknowledge this as theft and sue the hell out of every single company that owns an LLM or a Generative Tech machine for large scale thievery and damages to the livelihoods of real humans artists.

It was used against the will of the people who created it and often without their knowledge to be used in something they never agreed to. It was stolen. This is theft. For that reason alone, you cannot engage with it ethically.
