A 3D Apollonian Gasket Fractal Structure generated with Nine Iterations of the Algorithm. It is composed of successively smaller instanced Ico Spheres with 2 Subdivisions, which are tetrahedral crystal packed into an initial, invisible starting Sphere. Each Sphere Color corresponds to a different Iteration of the Algorithm.
The Nine Iteration Apollonian Gasket Fractal Structure from the previous screenshot, but with Spheres from all except the final two Iterations, the 8th & 9th Iterations, hidden away. This results in a hollowed out web-like spherical structure. The Spheres of the 8th Iteration are White Colored, and the Spheres of the 9th & Final Iteration are Purple Colored.

The close-up interior shot from the previous screenshot, but with the instanced 2 subdivision Ico Spheres replaced with the results of applying a Connect-the-Dots Algorithm, also known as a Plexus Algorithm, to the centers of those now hidden Spheres. This Plexus Algorithm creates a Faceless Mesh Wireframe, to which I then applied my Mesh: Jointed Tubes Node Group to it, in order to create an aesthetically pleasing web-like structure. The Tube-Joint Ratio is 0.8, the Tube Resolution is 4, and the Tube Radius is 0.004 m. All other Settings for the Node Group are Default.
Next, I have my #ApollonianGasket Fractal Structure. Adapting this from 13 year old F# AutoCAD Plugin Code to #Blender3D #GeometryNodes almost gave me a Nervous Breakdown, but it was worth it! It starts as Spheres, but then I apply Mesh: Jointed Tubes to it for a cool look. ๐ #blender #b3d #geonodes
