This access panel a customer installed in the side of this laundry cabinet makes life so much easier for technicians.
It allows them to disconnect and reconnect dryer vents, shut off water valves, and unplug power cords without having to pull the stacked pair forward.

When our senior technician bought their father a new dishwasher and range but remembered they're Chinese which was why the dishwasher and oven were being used as dish racks lol.
Their father loved the induction cooktop though!

Be careful when placing anything remotely hard or heavy around your glass cooktop stove!
A customer's cat knocked over a glass oil bottle which cracked this cooktop.

Did your oven light burn out?
The good news is that they're almost often just a regular bulb! You will need to unscrew the cover and if it's too tight warm up your oven just a little.
Use an incandescent bulb as opposed to an LED. You can find replacements at the dollar store!

This lint trap can be reversed and there are no warnings or indications for how it should be installed.
If installed the wrong way it won't let the door close fully and the dryer won't turn on.
We've had so many embarrassed customers but how would they know lol???

Yet another Samsung washer failed spider arm (supports the inner tub and joins it to the rear outer tub).
They fail so often that our suppliers have stacks of them piled high.
And yeah....it's an expensive repair!
