Toward a Political Theory of Mutual Comradeship Facilitator: Charisse Burden-Stelly, Wayne State University
The APT Theory Seminar creates space for sustained conversations around themes that have at times been sidelined and marginalized from mainstream political theory teaching and scholarship. Our hope is that the in-person discussion will generate new frames and questions that attendees will bring to later panels at the conference.

Academic Freedom in a Time of Genocide/Scholasticide
This roundtable will explore how the ongoing genocide and scholasticide in Gaza shape the material responsibilities of knowledge workers at U.S. universities. How does the crime of genocide in Palestine lead to a crisis of speech in the US? How does scholasticide in Palestine demand a political and material rethinking of the meaning of academic freedom?
What new forms of pedagogy and scholarship does the intensification of campus repression require?

Dr. Shourjo Ghose presents at #APT2025 Bruker‘s efforts to enhance large-scale proteomic workflows—from sample prep to data analysis—leveraging the timsTOF Ultra 2.

Showed the workflow’s power in single-cell using Aurora Rapid & Ultimate columns, identifying up to 6,000 unique protein groups.
