This is Arcturus (Arcky) from the mobile game, Arcana Twilight! The game seems very cheaply made and has a lot of ads, but the characters and story have been really precious so far! I really like the characters' interactions, both with each other and with myself. The game allows me to choose my dialogue frequently, making me feel like I'm actually a part of the conversation. Unlike in other otome games I've played, I have the power to make my character's personality actually feel like my own! And it's fun seeing how the other characters bounce off of what I say. Arcky seems like a total sweetheart, so I hope he doesn't let me down. I exaggerated his physique quite a bit. I guess I was just in the mood to draw a body like this...
