In our study, we uncovered and proposed new names for clade A and E, for which we had complete viral genomes.

Two magrovirus families
Apasviridae (group A)
Krittikaviridae (group E)

….and a novel virus order Adrikavirales, which were also associated with #archaeal host order #Poseidoniales.

In this paper we explore the #viruses, particularly #metagenomic #archaeal #viruses of the #Brisbane #River #Estuary. Interestingly, viruses associated with archaeal host #Poseidoniales (which are grouped into magrovirusclade A-E and X), of which the name for clade B has been recently proposed.
