A fursuit base haphazardly peiced together. A hard base with a large muzzle can be barely seen underneath various peices of glued on foam and the neck has been wrapped in shear, shredded cotton cloth. Two horns poke out back on top and a wide flat nose has been sculpted onto the muzzle. Reminiscent of a bear with horns.
The base from the previous image is setting propped on a table. The front has been covered very neatly in masking tape. It has no eyes yet, and small ears and large horns protude from the tape. Reminiscent of hybridized wolverine, badger and bear.
The base is now on the floor with the tape removed. There are blue and yellow eyes peering from inside and the tape has been removed. The top half has peices of white, black and red fur pinned in place. Species is not recognizable.
A person in a tank top shirt stands with only a fursuit head on. The mouth is opened wide in a toothy smile. Two horns poke put from behind an ear and they are turned to the side so the following eye effect appears to be watching the camera. The species is a darss edar, a large fantasy mustulid reminiscent of a wolverine or badger with horns. The face is mostly white with two black strips running from the nose and joining at the neck.
Every fursuit maker had a first suit too, no matter how big or small. Here is mine. What was yours?
