honestly, not much has actually changed! i have a new hairstyle + eye colour (green to grey) + i quickly removed the freckles. plus nowadays i use pointed ears.

astra is especially close with y’shtola, who is like a big sister to astra. later on, during EW-DT, astra gets closer to krile as well.
she also has a close friendship with thancred, despite their past (ONS). and she very much likes wuk lamat (new friendship)!

astra's chocobo doesn't fly - despite being a black chocobo. so they go on foot everywhere.
the chocobo is also all that's left of her old life. all her immediate family are dead, she has no ties to her parents' families... for a while, the chocobo is her only companion.

despite being a mage, astra can use a bow and a dagger pretty proficiently:

astra knows how to play the lute, taught to her by her father. however she stopped playing after his death (7+ years ago) so she's a little rusty now.
in DT-era, she's trying to pick it back up again though (and it no longer hurts as much to play)
