Comic Title: Olivia's First Overstimulation First panel: 21 years ago... The year is 2007. Olivia's dad is touching the smoke detector, thinking "this thing hasnt been tested in a few years" second panel: the smoke detector alarm sounds Third panel: Olivia, 21 years ago, 3 years old, sitting happily with her favorite train. She has a bowl cut and a black hair bow. Fourth panel: The she hears the smoke detector alarm from the kitchen, wondering what it is. 5th panel: She accidentally drops her toy train because she's in pain from the smoke detector. Her ears are more sensitive than other kids. She's crying out in pain with a bloody nose. "WAHH!!! MOMMY, IT HURTS!!! IT HURTS!!!" 6th panel: Olivia's parents look at her in fear and sadness. Olivia's mom says "Oh my, sweetie, you're bleeding! Let's get you to the doctor!"
Panel 1: one week later, still 21 years ago Olivia's mom siting down looking at her phone. The background says "Mitchell Child Psych. Olivia is sitting next to her, being incredibly happy. Olivia says "Choo Choo! Mommy, do you think gramp gramp will tell another train story?" 2nd panel: Olivia's mom looks at her and puts her hand on Olivia's head, saying "Sure he will!" but thinking "Please don't mention one of them..." The assistant says "Wolfenschmidt! 3rd panel: The assistant, wearing a hat, says "The Psychologist will see you now!" Olivia's mom looks at him. 4th panel: Olivia is seen playing with her favorite toy train, with a sparkle in her eye. She says "Choo Choo! hahaha chugga chugga WOOSH! Oh no, who's going to save the train! Olivia's here! Olivia saved the day! 5th panel: The Psych. says "Mrs. Wolfenschmidt... Your child is a little different to others. For starters, an interest in trains is common, but not to this degree. Knowing specific terminology for the number of wheels on a locomotive at 3 years old, is indicative of Autism Spectrum Disorder. (ASD) 6th panel: The Psychologist says " She's also got signs of ADHD. Glancing away from even stuff she loves. High levels of executive dysfunction. Based on what I've seen, I can make a diagnosis.
1st panel of page 3: Olivia's mom being concerned with her hand up, saying "But I did everything Drew Wokenfeld said! I didn't take Acetas(Acetaminophen, or known as tylenol) nor did I give her any vaccinations! Surely you're miscalculating?! Panel 2: The Psych says to Olivia's mom: "I'm afraid it is. I have not looked at the study of Dr. Wokenfeld. I'm sure there's merit to it. He's probably onto something, But I'm afraid this is something genetic. Panel 3: Olivia's mom says "we don't have anyone in our family who's autistic or ADHD." Panel 4: Olivia plays with her train, Her mom in the background. Dr. Mitchell says: "There probably is, Mrs. Wolfenschmidt." Olivia says "Gramp Gramp will be so proud I saved his favorite train! It's my favorite train, too! Choo Choo!!" Panel 5: Olivia's mom looks at Dr. Mitchell with an envelope with findings on the table, she says "I don't think there is, but I'll take your word for it. Panel 6. Dr. Mitchell says: "My findings are in there." Mitchell Child Psych. Diagnosis: Autism Spectrum Disorder Age: 3 Patient: Olivia Von Wolfenschmidt.
