Mr Miller; Are you not aware that we are a capitalist society which I see that you earn a living from ? As such you’re a disappointment to our great state of NH. The upside of your stupidity is it’s a great advertisement for the airline you rally against. The downside of your stupidity is the same airline is leaving NH in the spring of 2026. So whose side are you on? Certainly not your constituents and for sure your against Commerce for NH. You do not understand the rule of law. We are a country of laws. I want all illegal aliens deported immediately if not sooner. Illegal aliens drain all the resources meant for our citizens. Illegal aliens bring absolutely nothing to our country all they do is take. Most importantly illegal aliens do not ASSIMILATE . They do not pledge allegiance to our country. Deport every illegal alien immediately if not sooner. It’s pretty sad that a hard working taxpaying citizen has to educate you on our country’s laws. Seth, Kudos to you using money so lavishly to promote your own agenda in an attempt to vilify a big tax payer in the fine state of Connecticut. I mean, you rather advocate for the “rights” of illegal aliens instead of protecting the rights of the law abiding citizens of this country. It’s a really interesting spin on serving your “constituents” So you’re aware illegal aliens cannot actually vote legally. And, what I’d really like you to think about is all the meals the money you spent on that billboard could have provided the homeless community of New Haven. But hey, who cares about them? Nice job!

I'm particularly touched by the concerns I've spent a few thousand dollars on billboards rather than feeding the poor, against the backdrop of the tens of billions being spent to destroy families.

Not surprisingly, Avelo continues to fight in court, dragging out their eventual loss. But I've got a new set of billboards up in New Haven, supported by Indivisible CT and many of you (via www.avelno.com).
The messaging definitely hit a nerve. The hate mail is, uhh, interesting.

Some really good news this evening out of Nevada: Avelo's requests for a preliminary injunction and temporary restraining order against the #avelNO! campaign were denied!! 🥳
I've always believed my efforts were protected political speech. This is another ruling suggesting I was right.

Quick update on my ongoing lawsuit with Avelo re the #AvelNO! campaign and copyright. At one point they tried an anti-SLAPP counterclaim against me. I amended my complaint to remove the claim in question, and that counterclaim was dismissed. They appealed and lost. Very good news for me.

Avelo is bailing on the west coast for passenger traffic. Alas, the Mesa, AZ hub remains.
Will be very interesting to see if they move those aircraft into deportation traffic with the new ICE budget or try to support more pax on the east coast.

Avelo is fighting back, filing a counter claim against me. 🤷
Also, the company really doesn't like the avelNO branding and desperately wants the domain name seized. It tried a UDRP claim via WIPO (www.wipo.int/amc/en/domai...) and lost.

Been playing around with some TSA data to get a feel for how well Avelo is filling planes. In markets where it is the only airline (LAL, ILG) it is pretty easy to extrapolate. Even down to individual O/D pairs in some cases.
The TSA data includes employees, so some days are >100%.
