Agréablement surpris par #AvengersTwilight, certes énième histoire d'anticipation mais qui confronte simplement les américains à leur situation actuelle. Assez classique bien qu'un peu trop tendre sur les causes, c'est très agréable à lire et le trait d'Acuña est parfait pour ce type d'histoire.

Je tiens en main le comics Marvel "Avengers : Twilight, le Crépuscule des héros de Zdarsky et Acuna. On y voit Captain America peu vieilli, Mz Marvel idem, ainsi que Thor, Iron Man et Hawkeye.
Je partage 1 de mes dernières lectures sur reco qui résonne un peu trop avec tout ce qui se passe aujourd'hui (malgré un aspect un peu bourrin.) #comics #avengerstwilight #pourlui

A moment from Avengers Twilight #6, where an armored Red Skull stands atop a burning White House, holding an American flag and declaring to a battered Captain America: “You simplistic fool! Your country stands for nothing! This inane symbol is so easily twisted, so throughly co-opted, that by the time I’m done, people will wave it as a siren call to fascism!”
After missing the entire point of such obvious things like Rage Against the Machine and The Boys tv show, I wonder how many of the asshole fascist bigot white Christian #comicbook fans out there have missed the fact that in #AvengersTwilight, their world and beliefs are represented by the Red Skull.
