Has anybody else noticed that #Amazon is becoming increasingly unreliable, with orders more frequently getting cancelled? The cancelled orders are initially reported as experiencing some kind of difficulty, but they never arrive. Good luck if what you depended upon them for was critical.

Car Park OCR attempt to read my number plate and map it against my prepayment.
OCR on the left hand barrier of Car Park Red, Short Stay at Gatwick South is pretty crap. Then sentenced to recursive chatbot hell trying to get it mapped against my prepayment before exit. Eventually found a customer services email address to fix it #BadCX
my @AmericanAir customer experience so far this week. Was on upgrade list on 3 flights but never got one. Rode in a row of million milers in the back of the bus on longest flight. Got stuck in cheap seat while a boor in front of me cranked his seat into my face. #badCX #EpicFail
of course @ikea's delivery company messed up, cancelled, didn't bother to follow up. Wasted morning, now have to reschedule. #badCX
