(ausser die pochierten eier, dafür hab ich einen hack, ☝🏻da braucht man aber ne mikrowelle) -

das kann ich, da bin ich so entspannt und hingebungsvoll das ich allerdings vergesse den tee zu kochen...

I don't know why so many of my dishes taste bland.

I cut up red peppers and separated my white and green onion parts of a green onion.

I cut up 4 cube steaks and seasoned them in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder and let them dry brine oh my counter for 2 hours.

I heated up oliver oil and put the meat in. I would have used garlic but I forgot to pick it up at the store.

I got a good mallard on it and a decent crust. Then, I put in the red peppers and the onions and let it soak in the rendered, seasoned fat.

I then cooked a bit. Drained the fat into a pape towl.

I then seasoned more with soy sauce, worchisters, seasme oil. Cooked a bit. Then added ginger and seasme seeds.

Cooked a bit more. Then added the green part of the onions.

Cooked it a bit longer.

Then, I took a tortilla. Put some Yum Yum sauce on it. Used rubber tongs to scoop the meat, peppers, and onions on. And wraped it up.

How was it bland?
