My #HP printer and #macbook *always* get two-sided printing wrong. If I select two-sided, the document prints single-sided. But the next document I print will always be two-sided regardless of what I choose! It's like the printer never registers the settings until *after* the print job #badtech
A few updates ago, @microsoft.com Outlook for Android stopped respecting users' swipe options in the junk folder. Which means it permanently deletes items I tell it to move, and marks as "safe" the items I tell it to permanently delete. Will they bother to fix it? Probably not. #badtech

When I'm saving a file or photo to @microsoft.com OneDrive on my Android phone, it helpfully lets me create a new folder to save to. Unhelpfully, it then takes me right back to my top level OneDrive folder - so I have to click all the way back through to save. Maximum inconvenience. #badtech
The great Courses plus seriously needs to work on UI/UX. This is stupid. Scrolling 1 episode at a time with a huge banner at the bottom displaying other courses I may like? I'm in MY COURSE! None of those are courses I'm subscribed to.
