#Ballymote has the last #Norman castle built 1300 which saw a lot of action before being wrecked in the 1690s. More importantly its the one to last train stop from Dublin to Sligo & its close to Kaesh. Stopped for lunch at @coachhousesligo before starting the cycle /2
