I am working on my leatherworking skills for the #barqranch, and today's mission was to test this Myers sewing awl I found*. After some trial and error, I'm pleased with how much easier it is to use than a needle and pliers.

*Found after being in storage for decades & inherited from my great-uncle.

Didn't paint the bottom in used oil but I figure it'll get run over again and need to be replaced before the wood rots away so it wasnt worth the effort.
