He charged in & blasted DEST-leader to smithereens before being gunned down by the unharmed DEST rifleman (the sniper also pulled his pistol but missed!).

Finally dropped the SMG Rasta but the space ninjas have taken a lot of wounds.
In the game, after a hit you roll a D6. 1-2 is. Wound. 3-4 is a pin. 5-6 armour stopped it. From this turn we house ruled it that 3-4 was a pin *if* you had any cover.

I’ll paint the bases sandy for Star Grave: Lost In The Depths. I might repaint the bases for more common land-scenarios later.
