I was very ambitious with this fanfic before I got busy but two things I wanted to be very strict on is the character interactions first and foremost, and no matter how tempting it is Shirou had to stay and underdog, I knew how much of a Hot Topic that was but even though I am okay with it in fanfiction because they're just people having fun, for me I like underdogs the most and wanted to keep him that way In case it wasn't obvious yes Shirou's two servants was arturia as a saber and Scathach as a lancer, she's the one who trained him thanks too some plot stuff but she never finished his training, which is how I go with eliminating the overpowered problem most people have with other fanfics One of the many reasons why the story has been in production hell for so long is again I'm not used to actually writing my script combined with spiders block is I had to accept a handful of times some ideas just aren't going to make it into the story so multiple characters got reshuffled and replaced for a more traditional lineup but it's still different enough to keep things interesting For example the other saber is Mordred leaving to one of my favorite fights being the run back with her and her father come up over all this fanfiction, overall it was my love letter to stay night, Mordred, and Scathach herself including karna the other Lancer who fights scathach. I doubt I'll get a chance to finish it in full but it doesn't have to be perfect, I just got to try.
