As of around 12a she had STILL not showered/shampooed her hair. In a mild close up I could see her hair is so dirty, you could see that it was so greasy it was just clumping strands together.

No… they were a master @ the game imo. They were def manipulating everyone. But honestly it was also just 2 easy They made sure everything they said 2 everyone “sounded like” it made sense
