"Oftentimes, gigantoads absorb and gorge on enough meals that they grow larger and more yellow-tinted. Not as poisonous as nixes and sighted near the marshes of Mor Dhona. One such toad, the bloated Vodyanoi, lives in Thanalan and drags victims under the pools of the Unholy Heir. Seemingly for the pleasure of it, it discards the corpses to be eaten by jackals and carrion crows. (Even uglier glare, but not too resistant to sword slices.)"
