Object Mode and Pose Mode armature: arm bones are close to body, leg bones are about shoulder width apart. The arms of the mesh are spread wider than the bones; the legs of the mesh are closer together than the bones. The bones at the shoulder and above are higher than the corresponding points of the mesh.
Edit Mode armature: bones are aligned closely with the corresponding points on the mesh.
#blender or #bforartists #rigging weirdness: the bones for my #cyberpunk #vtuber in Object and Pose mode don't match where I put them in Edit Mode. Obviously, I can't move the bones individually in Object Mode, Pose Mode deforms the mesh, and Edit Mode is clearly not doing what I want. Suggestions?
