A 1966 Tullibardine whisky miniature with a poured dram next to it

Next up #birthdaydram is this #Blackadder Raw Cask 1966 Tullibardine. Distilled a few weeks after I was born, bottled at 36yo. Tbh, this won't be my favourite dram tonight. Despite reasonable ABV it needs water to tone down the sharp domestic cleaner notes. Still, a piece of history nevertheless 🥃❤️

First #birthdaydram of the evening, a 1966 Inchmurrin from the #LochLomond distillery which coincidentally started production just three weeks before I was born, so this is a whisky from the very first spirit runs. It's a mild (40% ABV) dram with typical old school notes, very charming and tasty 🥃❤️
