Busy day of running today.
First, head down to #blackRocksParkrun to check out the new event, finish 10th in 20:28
After that drive up to Sheffield and complete the mountains 14.7 mile #RoundSheffieldRun route in 2:46 and claim my medal
Then when finally home, promptly fall asleep!
