…で面白いな、とも思って。少し前の話、松本市美術館で「北欧の神秘」の企画展でテオドール・キッテルセンの映像作品に強いインパクトを覚え。その後に話題に上がったこのPernod Ricard社の「DEACON」ブレンデッドウイスキーにペスト医師が。悪い意味でラベルにしているのではなく、未知の病に立ち向かった高潔さに敬意を表しているそうで。少しの煙たさと、しかし全体は旨さが強い。余韻は短め。ボトルとラベル、またフタの特徴が印象に残るカタチ。
