So am at three months again so back and bleeding again. I try to post these as a plea (and as a needlephobe) - if you are able, this is an easy and important way to help those around you. And there’s always a shortage. #bloodselfie

As an active AB Elite donor, I’m calling on @americanredcross.bsky.social to stop incentivizing donors with #Amazon gift cards. #Bezos is undermining democracy & censoring journalists. I understand they need corporate benefactors but there has to be a line in the sand, no?
