I discovered that my mum kept all my old Redwall books from when I was a kid! I loved these as a child and my mum read a lot of them to me before I could read that well on my own :) very comfy memories.

I have so much to say for Gombrich’s world history. It was a thoroughly enjoyable read! Next up Yoko Tawada’s Novella, The Bridegroom Was a Dog, given to me by my sister :) She generally picks good reads so I’m looking forward to it
