Not every #BotanicalIlustration in the #foraging #book that I'm #working on is a #favorite, but I really love this one. The #illustration is of #Florida Arrowroot (Zamia Integrifolia) which takes a bit of processing but was used by indigenous Floridians, as well as mass-produced, to make starch 🤩
