This hurts on so many levels, cause it’s true on all of them. We have a male loneliness problem and it’s getting worse, we can see the impacts of it daily.
Us #boydads can do something. Teach, normalize, and show our boys (and their friends) that emotions are more than just happy, sad, and angry.

I helped my son and his 2 friends de-escalate without any shouting and speak mindfully to find a solution for all 3 to play.
Now, I’m sitting and watching him and a friend ride their scooters in the street. Just be there for them—they remember

Yes! Let’s keep pulling this thread. We left more than one generation of boys and young men behind—we taught them that inclusion meant everyone but them and then abandoned all the boy specific orgs to rot and die. The #boydads need to come out and do the work needed to fix this. Time to work, dads.

If you’re not volunteering to coach, mentor, or teach—you should be.
If you’ve got a son with a #disability you better be advocating to the school!
Be the hero they know you are!
While we build this call to action, the #boydads must step up and be the leaders our sons and their friends need!
If your son plays a sport or is in a club, volunteer to coach or lead. Wear the love you show your son as a badge of honor. Take pride in being a compassionate and caring father!
It’s on us #boydads to stop this at home. These “men” are not leaders or role models.
We need to take back masculinity and what a male leader can be. It’s men’s jobs to do this…be the leader you son and his friends need!
Go volunteer and be a youth leader or coach! Be the leaders for our boys!

I’m pulling this thread…our boys have been left behind and they’ve become the problem. It’s our responsibility to fix it. Let’s be the leaders our boys desperately need!
