The Brabham BT46 B or "fan car" was an El racing car equipped with fans that worked like a massive vacuum cleaner that stuck it to the ground and improved racing performance. It raced in 1977 to controversy, with rivals arguing it was an unfair advantage. By 1979, Fl rules were changed to make it illegal.
