W/ #brexafemme recall spent last few days trying to get compounded topical antifungal for patient w/resistant genital #Glabrata (failed boric). Futile waste of time. anyone used #Nystatin oint (no vaginal suppositories in 🇺🇸?) vaginally?
I’m close to using much more costly micafungin infusion.
