The popover innards are golden coloured and do have some resemblance to the lopes of a brain. A red plate with white floral patterns sits beneath both Dilophosaurus and the pastry. The blue edge of a paper plate is on the far right edge of the photo. The prongs of a fork are barely seen in the lower left corner.
Dilophosaurus assumes that this qualifies as brain surgery.
