Yo the @britishairhelpline.bsky.social website is one big hot mess. Cant book a held booking and when I did it by phone they sent me the ticket in German for some reason? Tried to reserve a seat and no dice. The website is a big fat mess. I hope they fly better than they design websites. #britishair

Can someone explain to me why websites suck these days? I'm trying to update passwords / MFA on all my accounts. #paypal and #britishair websites will not allow me to log in regardless of what browser or computer I use. They apparently only work from Safari or apps on my mobile devices.
