Our volunteers did an amazing job explaining their #CancerResearch work to the school visitors, conveying a real passion for science as they discussed technical details of experimental design and processes, as well as sharing from their own career journeys to help inspire the next generation #BSW25

We demonstrated different techniques for studying cancer & helped explain why and how we use certain mouse models of cancer, as well as introducing new methods including #organoids and lung model (supported by @nc3rs.bsky.social) which are potential replacements for some in vivo experiments #BSW25
