One week of Buteyko breathing technique. I don’t feel any difference as of yet. I probably just need to continue the breathing exercises 😮💨 anyone have experience with this breathing technique? Would like to hear about what it did for you and how long until you felt results? #breathing #buteyko
Woke to air hunger today - as if not getting enough air in and expelled. Took an hour to settle it.
Not sure why. Had a good day yesterday and didn't over-do it, I thought. Often a sign of PEM or it being imminent.
Any other pwME get this?
