Q'abetsu is expert level at healing herself and others, I have a very -particular- way I envision healing working that requires both arcane and practical knowledge. I love the idea of only poor ( and/or rapid ) healing leaves behind scars.

Q'abetsu is really good at healing, so good she has natural auto-heal/regen on and it mends any fatigue or general aches and pains she has. She actively has to focus on not healing during duels to not 'cheat'.
