It's better than the 3rd movie & VHS 99 in comparison, but it's not a favorite like VHS 94 & 85. I really like the wraparound story, it's comically cynical & its satire kinda reminds me of the Larry Cohen movie The Stuff. And it seems to be the only story in the movie to actually use a really old school VHS camera.
