In many labs I’ve seen, the friction isn’t technical – it’s interpersonal: Technicians stay in their lane. Lab leads translate upwards, if at all. Managers operate on filtered fragments. The result? 🧪 Projects stall for reasons no one can quite name. 📉 Promising data disappears into drafts that never leave the team. ⏱ And months go by without real progress – just activity. You’d think communication is a given in science. But often, it’s the first thing to break – and the last thing people want to talk about. What fascinates me most in my work: Labs don’t need more tools.
