Graffiti spray painted on the side of the building, two phrases, presumably painted by different people or at least at different times. First phrase, written in red paint, says “Free Faygo” (Faygo is a brand of soda that has become synonymous with the Insane Clown Posse and their Juggalo fan followers). The second phrase, smaller and written in black below and offset to the right from the “Free Faygo” tag, says “Now 25¢”. Found in the Central Eastside neighborhood of Portland, OR on September 17th, 2017. Artist(s) unknown.
