#ChampionsOnline has had plant-people costumes for years. Got newer ones recently even. Still no plant powerset. I understand why we can't have multiple arms, too many animations to fix, but vines? Reskin the chains. All the chain powers could be vines.
Give me a plant powerset, you cowards.
