Th RNLI has issued a safety warning for waves today. It is currently low tide in #Charmouth but the tide has not gone out far and wind speeds are set to pick up this afternoon. Access to West beach is also currently closed from storm damage. Keep yourselves safe today!

We have cancelled our fossil walk for today and #Charmouth seafront has received some damages overnight due to the storms. The walk way to West beach has been broken up, life buoys ripped away and the seafront car park is half closed. We are not advising being out on the beaches today!

We had a glorious seashore safari with #Charmouth Primary yesterday. They found crabs mating, moulting and showing signs of illness. We examined life cycles and adaptations to the rockpools! Bookings for schools in 2026 will be available soon!
