Quite humbling to realize at the age of 61, I am unable to be the person I was physically at 41, or even 51. After suporting women authors/comics by women from West Africa, my jaunt to @rosecitycc.bsky.social was shortened as I was physically unable to do a full 3 days/nites.

Health update:
After 2.5 years my formal diagnosis is fibromyalgia.
Oh and I’m now closer to menopause then being perimenopause.
Cluster headaches are being treated.

I think I’ve knit maybe 5 rows on this sock today. I’ve watched a movie and Leo and Zulu provided some good laughter at their antics. But days where I’m resting my back suck. I have no focus and just end up cranky. Also, I should probably hydrate. Damn I get forgetful too. #ChronicPainSucks
But I ended up addicted to the tramadol anyway, so I took myself off after 3 years of daily use. Lately the pain has cranked up, but not just my back. It's EVERYWHERE so today I broke my 1.5 year streak and took a tramadol cuz I just can't take it anymore. #chronicpainsucks
