23km this morning. First 10km easy finishing up Led Zepplin’s Physical Grafitti album from yesterday. Then changed shoes and did 6x 700m with some speed progression. Tempo was helped by a mix of Cage The Elephant. For cooldown I tuned into CKUA’s Celtic Show, perfect 👌

38km of running this weekend to make it my 1st 100km week since August! 11km easy yesterday then 27 today with 12km at MP. Did warm up then changed runners for the rest. In my ears - Boojums yesterday and CKUA Open Nights o/d today.
