Cold Nameko Mushroom and Grated Daikon Radish Udon Soup

I’ve totally forgotten this very tasty noodle dish.
The broth is lighter than usual. I squeezed a half of lime just before eating.
I must try it with soba noodles next time.

Salad Udon in Cold Tomato Broth

Today’s temp is around 60th, but about 100 2 days ago. On such hot days, I have no doubt that cold noodle soup is the best choice. I put tomato paste in Japanese noodle broth. It’s so refreshing.
