My 'tree of thought' is: Shoe trees are typically made of wood, which means they come from trees.....So are they actually tree trees?....No, because they're meant for shoes..... But since cedar is the wood they come from, cedar can be called shoe tree trees.............Are cobbler's family trees shaped like trees...or shoes?.....
