I also made some French #mornay sauce for Mac n Cheese. Making the sauce requires a rue. Then add cream and milk and onions garlic and peppercorns. Then gruyere cheese. I had some left over #duck #confit so I added that to the Mac. Gonna put some homemade thyme breadcrumbs on top.

When we make #confit there is a lot of extra #duckfat.
