How's this look? My take on ramen. Miso beef broth with beef rashers, sauté shitake mushrooms, edamme beans, lightly sesame fried carrot, sprinkle of spring onion and coriander, all finished off with a drizzle of chili jam.

Something off the usual for me as I dont often make desserts. This is a baked vanilla and lemon cheesecake with some cider soaked raisins and a sweet raisin puree. Intended for individual plating so they were all small instead of a big cheesecake sliced up. Hows it look?

It's 10pm here in the UK and I am making a spiced beef stir fry because I can. Beef, shitske mushrooms, peppers, edamme beans, and sambal so far. Will add ginger, garlic, soy and stuff as I go along. Should be tasty!

Weather warnings coming into force in the UK is putting me in the mood for making this again. Rich beef and vegetable stew with a thick Guinness based gravy and some suet dumplings. Shame I am not off work until Friday so I will have to make it then instead! Want share?

Another upload of foody goodness! This is a sweet and sour chicken with boiled rice. Chicken was deep fried to get it extra crispy, sauce was home made too, with hint of chili because I wanted a bit of heat. I need to make this again when I find my recipe book!

Another one from my previous job. Bang-bang chicken, pickled Asian slaw, garlic aioli and chili jam. Whole lot served on chunky chips with a sprinkle of micro herbs. We did many a random special to try out new things and this was my own one. Sound and looks tasty right?

Something we used to make at my old job this time. Southern fried buffalo chicken in a folded flatbread with mixed leaves, bravas sauce and a bit of pico de gallo. It was one of my favourites to make because it looked and tasted great! Need to start making it at home too!

I need to start posting more of the food I make. Ginger soy garlic marinated beef stirfry with thick rice noodles, pickled Asian veg, beansprouts and a home made chili sauce drizzle. It was punchy, full of flavors and quite healthy too! Could presentation use a bit of work?
