Aside from the 4 sleeves patterns & mock-ups I've prepared the international structure of the vest, and added some floating canvas by hand. This is shown on the last picture with the X shaped catch stitch. Everything without a seam allowance on the vest is secured this way. I still need to prepare the sleeves, but I'm already looking forward to sewing everything together.

I've been finishing the edges of the corset by hand sewing them on the inside. Here is a timelapse of 1 hour of sewing in one minute. This is just one of the 4 sides and it takes up a lot of time, but whoww what is the result worth it.
