Ah! Sock week. These are the biggest and bestest socks I've knitted. Very warm, very useful. Made from 2 balls of very ugly but good quality sock yarn acquired from a charity shop for very little money.

Another jumper on the needles. Ponies this time. I usually don't much like variegated yarns for anything other than socks, but I think it works for the ponies. It doesnt look quite as "stripey" in real life and colours are warmer.

I needed something to do while waiting for a whole day last week. So I started a childrens jumper. Knitted with commercial mixed fibre yarn. The little horses are one of my favourite patterns. Fun to knit.

I decorated 3 plungers for the Tucks parade: 1) a witch and her cat flying on a plunger; 2) a New Orleans street lamp with street sign plunger; and 3) a space shuttle launch plunger. I hope they went to good homes!
