So, I can honestly state that I despise lion brands stitch, soak, and scrub nylon yarn. It is a so hard to work with. I will, of course finish up the two small skeins I have, but, will not buy again. It actually hurt the index finger. Boo Hiss

Finished my friends blanket🥰 It's so pretty and soft. It's a queen size blanket too. It's amazing for anyone who has sensory sensitivities. The yarn is super soft and thick. It also acts as a weighted blanket without the heavy sand or beads. It's perfect. 🥰

Me standing in front of a mirror wearing a sweater I crocheted. The sweater is zig zag stripes of black and multicolor blue-green yarn. I am standing on a blue, yellow, and orange rug in front of the dog couch with a yellow sheet cover. In the background are French doors to outside and another couch with large cushions on it. ------- This was my white whale project. My first attempt was in 2019. I wanted to knit a zig zag stripe sweater out of the yarn, much of which was salvaged from a sweater I made for my dog heart Baboy (it doesn't really get cold enough here for my dogs to need sweaters). I lost count of all of the restarts. I actually completely finished it and thought it looked terrible, so I yanked it all out and started over. Finally I decided to crochet the sweater instead. The end result looks fantastic but the dense crocheted fabric makes it bulky and it does not drape as much as I would like. But that is ok. The yarn is especially important to me because my dog Baboy is gone now. So wearing the sweater gives me some comfort. ♥️
🧶 Post. It is not exactly the most flattering shape for me but I don't care. It is my white whale project I started in 2019. I absolutely LOVE this sweater. I especially love the neckline. More info in alt text.
